Plan for a Fulfilling Life, at Every Stage

Everyone deserves the opportunity to dream, plan, and live a meaningful life—no matter their abilities or circumstances. The Charting the LifeCourse framework was created by families to guide individuals and loved ones through envisioning what a good life looks like, identifying goals and needs, and discovering the supports required to make it happen. While it began as a tool for people with disabilities, it's now used universally to support life planning for families of all backgrounds. Learn more about this helpful framework and access the tools at the Charting the LifeCourse
